Today is the second part of the rear camber
I will explain about asphalt and carpet

Let's talk based on Yokomo's DRC tires

This DRC tire has a fairly flat shape.

Therefore, if the camber is 0, almost all the ground will be grounded.
This is where P tiles differ from here!
The P tile increased grip by increasing the contact surface, but the asphalt carpet was the opposite.
The less the ground contact surface, the better the grip
Therefore, as shown in the above figure, if there are few cambers, the grip power will decrease.

Of course, if you increase the camber like this,
The ground contact area is reduced and the grip is improved
If there are many cambers in both vertical and horizontal directions, the grip of the asphalt carpet will improve.
To some extent, camber is easier to operate
Also important
Time for replacement!
Tires are more worn than P tiles, and when tires decrease
The ground contact surface increases and the grip power decreases.
When to replace

When the scraped surface is in the middle, it is best to turn the tire over and use it. Please note that if you turn it over with less than this, the characteristics will change too much before turning over. As you can see, the usage of tires varies greatly depending on the road surface. Use with care Here are some things I have to apologize to Actually, in the last Linve lecture Learn about camber, toe, and skid angles I was saying, but in fact I was only explaining the camber ... So tomorrow First, I would like to explain toe angle! We apologize for the inconvenience.
